I'm a dad of two little rascals.
I'm active in casual soccer and hockey leagues throughout the year.
I read a little fantasy, a lot of sci-fi, and I'm probably going to give you book recommendations.
I regularly geek out with D&D and modern board gaming (happy to give recommendations about these, too).
PROFESSIONAL STUFF
I'm an experienced design leader and mentor with over 14 years in the UX world. I started as a designer/developer and lately I've been working as a manager for successful product design teams.
I have a demonstrated history of working within the politics of changing organizations and scaling the design practice and UX influence — especially for regulated industries (insurance, finance, fintech).
I've built up UX in teams with less than 5 staff and helped mature and added focus for teams of 50+.
I'm a mentor on ADPList:
